Private Yoga Lessons and Yoga Therapy

Treat yourself to a private yoga lesson either in person if you live in the East Bay or over Zoom from anywhere in the world!

Private yoga lessons are incredible for many reasons, they allow you to receive undivided attention in a safe and supportive environment and are created for you to explore and expand your practice in ways that a group class cannot. One on one sessions are created specifically for you and aim at being equal parts medicinal and educational. We look into what your goals are, what your blind spots are, how to remediate injuries and how to step into a consistent yoga practice that is curated for your highest expansion and healing. I bring eighteen years of yoga teaching experience, in-depth anatomical knowledge of biomechanics, a deep understanding of yoga asana, pranayama, and philosophy, and a keen eye for alignment both physically and energetically to my one on one sessions.
